Provider Visits:

Andry Medical Services is a pay at the time of service practice. The provider will bill the patient based on the time spent during the visit.

Pellet Appointments:

Pellet pricing is based upon a consultation with the provider.

Aesthetics:

Andry Medical Services offers a free skin care consultation with our skincare specialist.

Lab Services:

Laboratory services are available to patients for routine blood work and testing. The cost of labs is determined at the time of visit.

Cash Payment and Insurance

Andry Medical Services does not accept insurance. Payment is due at the time of service. Payments can be made in the form of debit card, credit card, HSA, FSA, or cash. We do not accept checks as a form of payment. The patient will receive documentation after their appointment is completed, which will include ICD-10 codes (the diagnosis codes necessary for the insurance company and billing). This documentation may be submitted, by the patient, to their insurance company in order to obtain reimbursement for the visit (the submitting of this information does not guarantee reimbursement, this is dependent upon the plan). Even though AMS does not accept insurance, it is pertinent that you have an updated insurance card in our system for prior authorizations, medications, and referrals to other offices.
