Andry Medical Services does not accept insurance. Payment is due at the time of service. Payments can be made in the form of debit card, credit card, HSA, FSA, or cash. We do not accept checks as a form of payment. The patient will receive documentation after their appointment is completed, which will include ICD-10 codes (the diagnosis codes necessary for the insurance company and billing). This documentation may be submitted, by the patient, to their insurance company in order to obtain reimbursement for the visit (the submitting of this information does not guarantee reimbursement, this is dependent upon the plan). Even though AMS does not accept insurance, it is pertinent that you have an updated insurance card in our system for prior authorizations, medications, and referrals to other offices.
