Cash Payment and Insurance
Our office doesn’t accept insurance. We are a cash pay office, meaning that all appointments are paid in full at the time of service, when you are checking in. Payments can be made in the form of debit card, credit card, HSA, FSA, or cash. We do not accept checks as a form of payment. However, the patient will receive a superbill after their appointment is completed, at check-out, which will include ICD-10 codes that detail the reason for their visit. This superbill may be submitted, by the patient, to their insurance company in order to obtain reimbursement from the insurance company for the visit. We ask, however, that you do have an updated insurance card in our system for instances such as prior authorizations submitted to the insurance company for medications and referrals to other offices.
