Dr. Andry is Clinical Associate Professor at Indiana University School of Medicine and president of Andry Medical Services. He is a leader in the fields of personalized and preventative family medical care, bio-identical hormone replacement therapy, and hormonal/behavioral weight management.
Dr. Andry holds dual board certifications. He is a Diplomate of the American Board of Family Medicine and the American Board of Obesity Medicine. He has been elected to the Board of Directors as a Trustee of the American Society of Bariatric Physicians, a world-wide organization dedicated to the medical treatment of the obese and overweight.
Dr. Andry teaches regularly at IU School of Medicine. This has been an invaluable resource for his practice, ensuring access to the latest medical research, and assisting in referrals to the outstanding physicians of numerous specialties at Indiana University and Riley Hospital for Children. He hosted his own radio show for four years and is frequently interviewed for regional and national media, magazines, books, and television. Esquire magazine refers to Dr. Andry as “our doc” and he continues to diligently work on public education regarding healthier living.
Dr. Andry left a successful, busy, multi-specialty group practice to open an independently operated, single physician, insurance-free (cash) practice in 2006. At Andry Medical Services, patients will find a medical home where they determine the amount of time needed to see the physician depending on their specific needs and a physician dedicated to providing the most personalized, attentive, and effective medical care possible.
Dr. Andry lives in Bloomington, Indiana, the home of Indiana University, and he is the father of three wonderful young men and two beautiful daughters with his wife Madelin Andry.
